Visit Cranbrook Event Listing Policy :

• Events must support tourism and align with Visit Cranbrook’s mandate to promote visitation to Cranbrook.
• Events must take place within Cranbrook or at the business location of a current Visit Cranbrook member in good standing.
• Events must be consumer focused and open to the general public or to tourism-related businesses.
• Events should demonstrate potential to attract visitors and positively impact the local visitor economy.
• All required submission fields must be completed, including event title, date, time, location, and description. Incomplete submissions may not be considered.
• Event organizers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate and that all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals have been obtained.
• Visit Cranbrook may edit submissions for clarity, grammar, formatting, length, and alignment with brand standards.
• Submission of an event does not guarantee publication. Visit Cranbrook reserves sole and absolute discretion to approve, decline, remove, or modify any listing at any time without notice.
• Listing an event does not constitute endorsement, partnership, or approval. Visit Cranbrook assumes no responsibility or liability for cancellations, changes, errors, or any claims arising from the event.
• Visit Cranbrook reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without notice.
