A PLACE TO STAY, A PLACE TO SLOW DOWN
St. Eugene Resort offers 125 guest rooms and suites set between open grasslands, riverbanks, and mountain views. Rooms are located in the historic Mission Building or within the Lodge, each designed for quiet rest and time well spent. White linens, natural light, and views of gardens, fairways, and distant peaks create space to reset.
GOLF AT ST. EUGENE
Golf begins steps from the door. The Les Furber–designed championship course stretches across more than 300 acres of grasslands along the St. Mary’s River, with wide skies and views of nearby hoodoos.
Rounds finish easily on the patio at the 19th Hole, where food and drinks come with a clear view of the course just played.
ABOUT ST. EUGENE
Located within the traditional territory of the Ktunaxa Nation, St. Eugene Resort stands on land with deep meaning and long memory. The Mission Building, once a residential school, was reclaimed under the leadership of the Ktunaxa Nation and transformed into a full-service resort and community gathering place.
Ownership includes four Ktunaxa communities: ʔAkisq̓nuk, ʔAq̓am, Yaq̓it ʔa·knuqⱡi ‘it (Tobacco Plains), Yaqan nukiy (Lower Kootenay), and the Kenpesq’t (Shuswap Indian Band), together forming St. Eugene Mission Holdings Limited.
This history is present and acknowledged, shared with honesty and care.
