Rick’s Fine Meats & Sausage is built on decades of hands-on craft. Master butcher Rick Armstrong has spent more than 30 years refining recipes, cuts, and techniques, and it shows in every case and cooler.
The shop produces over 50 varieties of sausages and deli meats, all made on site using Rick’s own recipes. No preservatives, artificial colours, fillers, or premixed spices are used. Spices are natural, organic, gluten-free, and sugar-free, making the products a reliable choice for a wide range of diets.
Rick’s also specializes in custom cutting for beef, pork, lamb, and wild game, operating as a B.C.-inspected facility. Alongside the meat counter, you’ll find imported European grocery items that round out the shop’s old-world feel. Special orders are always welcome, and quality stays consistent because everything happens under one roof.
