Fire Hall Kitchen & Tap, often known locally as FHK&T, is a craft beer focused tap house and gastropub located at the feet of southern British Columbia’s Rocky Mountains. Built around a love of quality food, great beer, and community, this spot has become a favourite gathering place for locals and visitors alike after a day spent skiing, biking, hiking, paddling, or exploring the region.
The idea for Fire Hall Kitchen & Tap grew from a desire to bring a specific dining experience to Cranbrook, one that blends fun, thoughtful food, strong drink selection, and authentic Kootenay character.
