The Studio is a health and wellness space in Cranbrook created as an escape from the day-to-day. Rooted in community, balance, and well-being, the studio offers a calm, supportive environment where members can focus on themselves through movement and mindfulness.

The studio’s approach is inclusive and encouraging, with highly trained instructors who guide, motivate, and safely challenge participants during every class.

Classes Offered

The Studio offers Spin, Barre, Yoga, and Yogalates classes, all available on one pass. Classes run seven days a week and are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, whether you are new to movement or looking to push your limits.

Spin classes focus on cardiovascular fitness, energy, and strength, delivering an invigorating workout in a motivating group setting. Barre, Yoga, and related movement programs emphasize strength, flexibility, balance, and mental clarity, supporting both physical and mental well-being.

Studio Experience & Etiquette

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience, participants are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class start time. Spots may be released to waitlisted participants if you are not present five minutes before class begins. Studio doors close at the start of class, and late entry is not permitted.

Classes are phone-free to maintain a focused and distraction-free environment for everyone.
